(r)evolution partners is creating a Faculty Network of leading professors in the Marketing and Innovation disciplines. (r)evolution will act as a high quality, experienced and credible consulting infrastructure that can serve as a platform for professors to significantly supplement their consulting income through referral fees by providing our experience and support with business development, client delivery and management, and operations. In return, (r)evolution will benefit from increased leads for business development, a stronger network of connections, increased revenue from project work, and a group of highly regarded individuals as business partners.

Objectives:
The objectives of the Faculty Associates Networks are as follows:

1. To develop a strong resource pool of elite thinkers and leaders in the Marketing and Innovation industry
2. To provide a simple, hassle-free partnership for the academic community to increase consulting business and income through referral fees and project management provided by (r)evolution partners
3. To generate leads and act as vehicle for business development for both (r)evolution partners and the faculty members

We believe that this network will be not only a new business model for members of the academic community to a. supplement consulting income, b. generate revenue for both members and (r)evolution by passing off leads, and c. cultivate new thinking in a forum setting.  Eventually, we would like to see this become a self-sustaining entity run by (r)evolution partners and supported by corporate clients with as much or as little involvement from the associates.

The associates network will consist of 15-20 members and will be advised by a Board of Governors from (r)evolution partners.  In addition to the members and Board, the resources, project management, and management of the business will be supported by the dedicated individuals at (r)evolution partners.

It is highly important to note that we do not wish to take over any client relationships at any point of the membership in the Faculty Associates network.  All referred client work will be done with the consent of the faculty associate member and/or their participation on the project.  Faculty Associate members can be as involved on a project as he/she chooses to be, that can range from managing and doing the project themselves or simply passing off the lead if they do not have the time or interest to get involved.
